On September 9, 2011, Professor Toyohiko Yano, Director of CRINES, Professor Hiroshi Sekimoto, Former Director of CRINES, Associate Professor Toru Obara, Member of CRINES visited Professor Suren Davaa, Director of the Nuclear Research Center, National University of Mongolia (NUM/NRC) to exchange the Memorandum of Understanding between CRINES and NUM/NRC for collaboration on academic and research related activities.
