CRINES hosted a forum to celebrate its opening on March 9, 2006. His Excellency Abdul Irsan, Ambassador Extraordinary of the Republic of Indonesia made a special address to the forum, entitled “Prospect of Nuclear Energy in Indonesia”. The theme for the Special Panel Session of this forum was “The Social Contributions made by Innovative Research in Atomic Power” and spurred a vigorous debate by the panel.
