  2. Please choose the locations where you want to stay. We recommend “Shinagawa”, “Meguro”, “Shibuya”, and “Roppongi” because it takes only 15-20 minutes from these stations to the “Ookayama” station (the conference site). Of course, you can choose many other options depending on your request. The following web sites will be helpful to check the train routes and the travel time.
