Oral presentation:

15 min presentation + 5min Q&A (Total 20 min)
Presentation electric file must be submitted directly to each presentation room staff by the morning of your presentation day.
The presentation electric files can be accepted by using power point or pdf format.
Your own computers are NOT used in your presentations in principle. If you have a special request to use your own computer, please contact us (ines4-oral@crines.titech.ac.jp) prior to the beginning of the conference.
We guarantee to delete your file completely in our computer after the conference.

All poster presenters are REQUIRED to make a 3-min-talk in the poster short presentation session (9:00 – 12:00) on Nov. 8th.
Your talk file MUST be sent to ines4-poster@crines.titech.ac.jp by Nov. 5th, or should be submitted directly at the reception desk in the morning of Nov. 6th.
The poster short presentation electric file made ONLY in PDF format (see the sample).
Your poster can be put on the board from 8:30 on Nov. 8th.
Size of poster must be smaller than 130cm length x 90cm width.
The poster session will be scheduled between 12:00 to 13:00 for ODD ID # presenters and 13:00 to 14:00 for EVEN ID # presenters on Nov. 8th with lunch. All posters will be voted by all participates, and some selected posters will be awarded at the closing session ceremony on Nov. 8th.
