All participants of INES-4 symposium are required to register, and must pay the registration fee online via our secure system. The registration fee includes (1) admission to all scientific sessions, (2) a book of abstracts, (3) a copy of the special issue of Progress in Nuclear Energy or Energy Procedia, and (4) lunches / coffee breaks.

*NOTE: The discounted rates in the above table are available only for credit card payment.
** NOTE: Student must provide a copy of school certificate or student ID card to INES-4 registration office via e-mail (ines4-regist@crines.titech.ac.jp) or FAX(+81-3-5734-2967). Student observer means “without presentation, without proceedings”.
***NOTE: The Spouse/Guest registration is intended for a significant other or personal friend; not a business associate, staff colleague, or fellow student. The Spouse/Guest registration does not include attendance at any Symposium sessions or activities.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellations must be received on or before 20 September, 2013.. In this case, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10,000 JPY). No refunds will be made for any cancellation after that date.
All of INES-4 Participants need to register online prior to the conference from the link below. If you cannot pay by credit card, please choose “cash payment” in the registration form and pay the fee by cash at the registration desk of the conference site. In the case of cash payment, onsite rate will be charged regardless of the registration date.
