All participants of NLS are required to register, and must pay the registration fee online via our secure system.

* NOTE: The discounted rates in the above table are available only for credit card payment, only when you complete the payment by 3rd Nov. 2013
** NOTE: After 3 Nov, 2013, on-site registration fees will be applied.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellations must be received on or before 3rd Nov. 2013. Registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (1,000 JPY). No refunds will be made for any cancellation after that date.
All of participants need to register online prior to the conference from the link below.
If you cannot pay by credit card, please choose “cash payment” in the registration form and pay the fee by cash at the registration desk of the conference site. In the case of cash payment, onsite rate will be charged regardless of the registration date.
